1. General Provisions
1.1. Secret Exchange is a cryptocurrency exchange platform that enables online crypto swaps without mandatory user verification (KYC).
1.2. By accessing or using the services of Secret Exchange, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
1.3. The platform operates based on the principles of honesty, transparency, and accountability. Client funds are never withheld without justification. If any suspicious activity is detected during transaction verification, the funds will be refunded to the sender after deducting only the applicable network fee.
1.4. Secret Exchange reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice to users. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.
2. Transactions and Fees
2.1. Upon creating an exchange order, the rate and amount are locked at the time of confirmation.
2.2. All platform fees are clearly displayed to the user prior to the start of an exchange operation.
2.3. When a transaction is successfully completed, the funds are credited in full in accordance with the confirmed terms.
2.4. If a transaction cannot be completed for reasons specified in Section 3, the funds will be refunded to the original sending address, minus only the blockchain or transfer network fee.
2.5. Secret Exchange does not charge any hidden or additional fees, and no extra payment is required to initiate a refund.
3. Risk Policy and Source of Funds
3.1. Secret Exchange strictly prohibits the exchange or processing of funds that are associated with or marked as “Dark Market.”
3.2. If such a flag is detected, the transaction will be immediately canceled, and the funds will be returned to the sender minus the applicable network fee.
4. Liability
4.1. Secret Exchange shall not be held liable for any delays or failures caused by blockchain network congestion, technical malfunctions, force majeure events, or the actions of third parties.
4.2. The user is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of wallet addresses, networks, and transaction details. Errors resulting from user input (e.g., incorrect address, network selection, or amount) are not eligible for refunds.
4.3. For security reasons, the platform reserves the right to decline any transaction without providing a reason, particularly if it violates internal security policies or applicable laws.
5. Final Provisions
5.1. These Terms of Use take effect upon publication on the official Secret Exchange website and remain valid until replaced by a new version.
5.2. The platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice to users.
5.3. In the event of any discrepancy between individual transaction terms and these Terms of Use, the provisions published on the official Secret Exchange website shall prevail.
